1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We do not currently offer international shipping outside the UK.

2. Delivery Options

2.1 Standard Delivery

Cost: Free for all UK orders

Delivery Time: 3-5 working days

Service: Royal Mail or courier service

Standard delivery is free for all orders and typically takes 3-5 working days from dispatch. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

2.2 Express Delivery

Cost: £4.99

Delivery Time: Next working day (if ordered before 2pm)

Service: Next-day courier service

Express delivery is available for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day.

3. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days of receipt. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched, including tracking information where available.

4. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery if you provide an incorrect address. If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at customer@vraxylonozliix.world.

5. Delivery Issues

5.1 Failed Delivery

If delivery is attempted but you are not available, the courier will typically leave a card with instructions for collection or redelivery. If the parcel is not collected within the specified time, it may be returned to us, and additional charges may apply for redelivery.

5.2 Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at customer@vraxylonozliix.world. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Bank Holidays and Public Holidays

Orders placed during UK bank holidays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Delivery times may be extended during these periods.

7. Packaging

All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We use recyclable packaging materials where possible, in line with UK environmental standards.

8. Tracking

For orders with tracking available, you will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this information to track your order's progress.
